Airport Transfers
We provide 24/7 transportation service to O’Hare, Midway, and other metropolitan Chicago regional airports. Full-service event coordination including: internal reservations management, on-site staff for airport coordination to aid with arrivals and departures, as well as porters to assist passengers with luggage or group movements.
Group Business and Events
Windy City offers coordinators, greeters, porters, and other types of transportation services, but that’s not all. We can handle your group from start to finish whether it is manifest management, arranging dinner and hotel reservations, or coordinating group outings. Windy City can do it all!
On-Site Coordinator/Greeter Service
Along with providing an internal reservations contact, Windy City always strives to provide seamless service. We have several additional services to help your event run as smooth as possible. We can provide on- site coordinators (at the airport, your group’s hotel, or the event location), porters to assist with passenger’s luggage on arrival and departure dates, on site dispatchers, as well as tour guides (also available in Spanish) to guide your group throughout the city.
If you choose to utilize our greet service at the airport, or for group events, we offer personalized, color signage to represent your company logo or event name.
