Our goal is to build within every employee an overall mentality and understanding to the commitment of “customer first.”  This begins with the customer’s initial contact with Windy City, continuing through the actual in-vehicle ride experience and billing process.  Each employee at Windy City is fully empowered to make decisions that ensure the customer leaves the interaction knowing that we care and exhaust all efforts to ensure a perfect experience.

We recognize true customer service begins with a great place to work. To ensure an even higher level of customer service and efficiency, in September 2015 Windy City Limousine officially moved into our new 40,000 sq. ft. facility housing our executive offices, 30,000 sq. foot shop and 3 acres of parking. Our office staff and shop staff are together for the first time in our history.  Our new headquarters is strategically located along all the major Illinois highways. Our state of the art shop facility is equipped with a full service bus car wash and lifts to enable fast turnaround time. The Windy City mechanics have all the expertise in the intricacies of every one of the fleet’s vehicles. They are on location for duty 24/7.  Our parts are stored in a secure fenced in area where inventory and a formal check out process is required.  Our fleet is meticulously cared for and maintained with the highest level of care.  We also employ a professional cleaning service for all of our larger vehicles and motor coaches. We detail our sedans and SUV’s regularly.  All of this created only to serve our customers better.

Airport Transfers

Windy City Limousine specializes in meeting the unique needs of today’s business and leisure traveler. Our experienced chauffeurs provide reliable airport transportation to and from all Chicago metropolitan airports including: O’Hare International Airport, Midway International Airport, as well as all private airports (FBO’s).

We offer reliable door-to-door service to downtown Chicago, Hotels, conference destinations such as McCormick Place or Allstate Arena, as well as business and residential locations throughout the Chicagoland area. We also service customers nationally and internationally through our trusted affiliate network.

Group Business & Events

Our experienced team of Meeting & Events Specialists will analyze your meeting transportation requirements and work closely with you to design a comprehensive service package that focuses on your event’s unique needs. From there, we’ll stay in close communication to ensure the success of your meeting. This includes reservation scheduling, airport assistance, and on-site coordination. We offer a large selection of vehicles for group transportation to: airports, hotels, conference centers, corporate headquarters, and other Chicagoland locations.

Special Occasions

At Windy City Limousine, it’s all about service. We deliver the highest quality limousine service in the Chicagoland area and around the world for all types of special occasions. Our customized point-to-point and charter service packages are perfect for getting you to and from your event safely and in style.

Shared Ride Shuttle Program

Windy City Limousine offers a wide variety of shared ride services from hotels and corporations in the suburbs. This shared ride service is economical and accommodates the traveler on a budget, without losing the comfort and attention to detail service that we promise.

Global Transportation

Our headquarters are in Chicago, where we are the official Limousine and Bus of the Chicago White Sox, Cubs, Bulls, Fire, Rush and Slaughter, as well as the Chicago Motor Speedway. We do all the work for Harpo Studios (Oprah) anywhere in the Country and handle Major League Umpires in various cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. We do financial Road Shows in all major cities as well as simply supplying airport transfers on both ends of a trip. We are priced competitively in all markets and can accommodate you anywhere in the world.
