Windy City Limousine was born from two of the most experienced transportation minds in the business, George Jacobs and Sal Milazzo. George and Sal owned and operated the largest and third largest transportation companies in the country, American Limousine and My Chauffeur. Throughout the years, each dominated the North and South sides of Chicago, and parts of Indiana and Wisconsin. They eventually sold their companies to Carey International and took executive roles within the company. Over the next five years, they realized this new company was not the service oriented company they had grown as previous owners. So they left to start Windy City Limousine and got back to their "customer first" motto. Not only did they leave, but over 100 years of managerial experience left with them. They brought on board their operating staff and handpicked the best chauffeurs in the area.
